Weaving Words is back by popular demand!

Whether you’re an amateur writer or picking up the pen for the first time this workshop is the place for you!

Weaving Words guides writers in the beginning stages of a new writing project so that they may feel confident and invigorated to take the next steps.

Course includes guided writing activities that focus on:
🖋   Descriptive details, building character, audience and purpose
🖋   Opportunities to pitch and discuss your writing ideas with a safe and supportive group
🖋   Multiple moments to give and receive feedback during the initial stages of a writing piece
🖋   One-on-one support from a professional writer

In-Person – Emerging Writer
Dates: Wednesdays, January 19 – February 9*, 2022
Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Location: Seniors on the Bow**   2nd Floor, Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre

Number of Classes: 4
Youth 15-17 yrs /Adult 18+  Number of participants limited to ensure social distancing.
Fee   $96.00

*If COVID regulations restrict in-person meetings on these dates, this course will pivot to online format via Zoom on the same schedule. The meeting link will be emailed to you.
