Tuesday July 14 is a special day at the Route 22 Artist Collective Gallery! It is the Route 22 Interchange – the day that an exciting new exhibition of the creative works of twenty artists opens with stained glass, bronze sculpture, oil paintings, wood turning, photography, and acrylic, oil and watercolour paintings.
As always, all the art displayed will have passed the Artist Collective jury process. The juried art mandate has produced a remarkable sense of “Wow!” when people come through the door. The presentation really exceeds their expectations.
Route 22 Artist Collective Gallery has been open just one month. The Cochrane public are just starting to know about this praiseworthy showcase and Gift Shop. The Route 22 Interchange will happen every month to present a new display of various genres of art. Local artists are eagerly joining the collective and are preparing their works for submission. Volunteering in the gallery has brought the artists together in a special project of respect for each other’s creative talent and benefit to the Cochrane community.
Cochrane is truly enriched by the consistent offering of exciting local art for display and sale at the Route 22 Gallery.
