You’re Invited to Attend – and Volunteers are Needed

Bearspaw First Nation, Chiniki First Nation, Goodstoney First Nation and the Town of Cochrane, in partnership with Spray Lake Sawmills Centre, invite you to save the date for the Odagugiciye Apîîciyabic/Building Relationships Traditional Powwow.

All are welcome to attend the free event to learn and experience the beautiful Stoney Îethka culture through this collaboratively hosted powwow taking place on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

You Can Volunteer to Help!

The organizers are looking for volunteers as greeters, wayfinders, hospitality and market support, T-shirt sales, etc. to help with this wonderful event. Volunteers must complete a registration form and attend an orientation session Friday, September 22 at 4pm at SLS Centre.
